English antique Edwardian era sterling silver powder compact locket necklace! Engraved flowing script initials of TEK grace the front of this beautiful round compact hailing form Birmingham, England. Upon opening, the locket compact contains a compartment with a gold gilded base. The vanity compact is attached to a fine silver roll chain. Fully hallmarked on the inside, this lovely accessory is as usable today as it was over 100 years ago!

Measurements: 1.75 inches wide and 2 inches from the bale ring to the bottom. We've added an 18 inch roll chain although would look wonderful with a black ribbon.

Hallmarks: Lion rampant for sterling, Anchor for Birmingham and the letter date S for 1917 and the makers mark of SMI
Condition: Very good with the lid closing with a firm snap which can be difficult to open as it is so secure. There is a ding on the back and a small indent although not a deterrent. The engraved initials are very crisp. Rich natural tarnish and patina on the sterling silver.
